How to use this tool: Input multiple PRs to see how they compare to each other. It will generate a best-fit line for you.

  • The Anchor: By default, the tool uses your shortest entered PR as the anchor race.
  • Interpreting the Graph: The Best-Fit line (Purple) shows your personal pace decay. Points below the line indicate relative overperformance.
  • Fatigue Patterns: Use 5.0% to visualize a Highly Trained Fatigue Curve. Most runners show a slowdown between 5% and 8.5%.
